Games, as Seagate so helpfully points out in its press release for its newest SDD product, are getting big. And console storage isn’t really keeping pace with the rate of advance. Seagate’s Game Drive for Xbox SSD looks to even the playing the field some.

The ungainly names Game Drive for Xbox SSD (let’s just call it Game Drive, shall we?) features 512GB of storage, and is powered by a single cable, making it easy to set up either in your own home or take to a friend’s. Green highlights mark the drive’s allegiance to Team Xbox, and the flash storage make for faster load times to boot.

The Game Drive is out now, at JB Hi-Fi, for $329 – which is one **** of a premium for the Xbox licensing and dedicated software, am I right?
