The Nintendo Switch Pro controller battery life will last an impressive 40 hours, according to the official packaging.
Even better, as soon as the controller is hooked up to the console via USB (to charge) it automatically syncs with the console — no need to manually sync. However, there is a sync button in case it’s needed.
But it’s the battery life that’s the most impressive: the 40 hours on a single charge is way better than what the competition offers: the PS4 and Xbox One controllers last about 5 hours on a charge.
