The data wizards at Adobe Digital have analyzed this year’s online spending during the Thanksgiving holiday, and they revealed something quite surprising: the Nintendo Switch was the most purchased product online during Black Friday week.

Which is quite an achievement, considering the massive competition out there: smartphones, tablets, TVs, competing game consoles with huge discounts, and more.

Adobe Digital tracked over 4,500 retail websites and 55 million different products, and of all those products, the Switch was the best selling one.

We’ll have to wait until other sales trackers, such as NPD, release their official numbers and rankings for Black Friday for a comparison.
